History
My name is Chris Fortner and I have always had a passion for God's great outdoors. I have been blessed with a good family who has always kept me in the woods and on the lakes of Georgia. Learning how to do taxidermy for me came natural. When I was 15 years old, I was fortunate enough to work for one of the most accomplished taxdermists in the southeast. My brother Jacob worked there also. He taught us a great basis for four years before I was able to go to Montgomery Community College in North Carolina. I received my degrees in Mammal taxidermy, Fish taxidermy, and Bird taxidermy. I also worked for an accomplished taxidermist in the town I lived in for the time I was there. I enjoy this business more than anything I have ever done. Being successful in taxidermy is an accomplishment that I give God all the glory for. To God Be The Glory~!
